Unique Add-Ons for Perfect Finishes

Services

  • We will gladly Set-up tables, chairs, table covers, and place settings BEFORE any event where food is served, so that you may enjoy the remainder of your day. Centerpieces, backdrops, room decor is NOT included in this service. $60

  • We will gladly break-down and clean tables, chairs, and place settings FOLLOWING any event where food is served, so that you may enjoy the remainder of your day. Centerpieces, backdrops, room decor is NOT included in this service. $140

  • We will gladly clean FOLLOWING any event where food was served, when break-down is complete, so that you may enjoy the remainder of your day. Centerpieces, backdrops, room decor is NOT included in this service.$60

  • We will gladly set-up BEFORE, break-down FOLLOWING, AND clean FOLLOWING any event where food is served, so that you may enjoy the remainder of your day. Centerpieces, backdrops, room decor is NOT included in this service. $200

  • Complete decor services are provided with the Partea Deluxe package. Advanced Services, for example would be OUR sourcing of food items, catering, entertainment etc. These advanced services would be priced on a case-by-case basis.

    Rental Agreement. Owner agrees to rent to Renter room add-ons, and/or services included in invoice, and the following event space (“event space”) located at 675 W Wenger Rd, Englewood, Ohio, 45322 to be rented on the date stated (“Rental Date”), during the hours, and for a total rental fee as listed on  Renters Invoice. Payment in full is required at time of reservation for all events to reserve the space and the date as each reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis. The rental fee plus any add-ons, and applicable services charges shall be PAID IN FULL before the commencement of the rental period on the Rental Date.

    Cancellations made 31 calendar days or more before rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 30 to 15 calendar days before rental date will receive a 50% refund on the total money paid. Cancellations made 14 calendar days or less before rental date will not receive a refund.

    Owner may apply the payment in whole or in part to remedy any breach of this Agreement by Renter. If all of Renter's obligations are fulfilled, the payment will be refunded, without interest, within 30 days after the Rental Date. Renter's address set forth in invoice may be used for forwarding the refund.

    Renter shall have the right to cancel this Agreement and receive a full refund of the rental payment by notifying Owner at least 31 days before the Rental Date. If Renter requests to reschedule the Rental Date no later than 30 days before the Rental Date of this Agreement as stated on invoice, Owner will transfer the payment to the new Rental Date.

    Use and Care of Event Space. Renter will use the event space in a careful, safe and proper manner; will not commit or permit any damage or waste; will comply with all rules and regulations established by Owner; and will comply with all applicable laws. Renter shall not exceed the event space maximum capacity of 49 guests.

    Rental Hour Minimums and Extra Rental Hours. Rental times include set-up and clean-up. Rental time begins with the arrival of the first guest and ends when all guests have left the parking lot. Any rental time in excess of the rental time specified in invoice will be charged at an additional $50 per hour.

    1984 Zimmer rental ($400) includes 2 hr.  rental, pick up and drop off (20-mile radius) each way.  One hundred dollars ($100) per additional hour (20 miles), $1.25 per additional mile.  Zimmer rental for photo booking only (no passengers) $100 for one hour, one location, $75 per additional location within 15 miles.  Each additional location has 30-minute photo session.  Upon request, decals and decorations can be displayed on car. Charges accumulated for additional Zimmer services shall be paid at time of service.

    Decoration Policy. Renter is permitted to gain entry to the event space before the start of the event for decoration purposes only with prior authorization by the Owner. Decorations are not permitted to be affixed to the walls, buildings or fixtures without authorization by the Owner. All open flame candles are to be enclosed in globes or other glass structures. All banners and signage for events must be hung by Owner. Confetti, rice and birdseed are not permitted inside the building. Violation of this policy will result in an additional clean up charge of $100.

    Furniture and Equipment. All furniture, tables, chairs, and AV equipment are NOT to be removed or put in any other location without approval of the Owner.

    Non-Smoking Policy. In accordance with Ohio law, smoking is NOT permitted inside any of the facility. Violation of the smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

    Photo Booth/ AV Equipment Policy. Photo Booth, audio visual and video equipment are available as add-ons for an additional charge at your event. Owner must authorize any use of this equipment prior to the start of the event. Equipment must not be removed from the premises, or moved to another location on the premises, at any time. Renter will assume full responsibility for any damages to the equipment during the rental hours, and will be charged to replace or repair any damaged equipment.

    Food/Beverages and Alcohol Policy. Owner reserves the right to approve or deny all alcohol service arrangements in the event space. UNDER OHIO LAW, NO ALCOHOL OF ANY KIND MAY BE BROUGHT ON TO THE PREMISES OR MAY BE SUPPLIED BY THE RENTER OR THIRD PARTY AT ANY TIME WITHOUT LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE. Renter shall purchase General Liability and liquor liability insurance through THIMBLE.COM or by downloading the THIMBLE app.  At Darlene’s LLC shall be named as co-insured.  Receipt of Certificate of Insurance must be emailed to HOST@ATDARLENES.SPACE before entry to event space can be granted.

    No one under the age of 21 may be served any alcoholic beverages at any time.

    Violation of the alcohol policy will result in a $250 fine.

    Renter will coordinate food and beverage needs with caterer or host and not hold Owner responsible for provision of such.

    Damages. Renter agrees to fully pay and reimburse for any and all remaining costs of replacement of damaged property or equipment of the event space which are in any way damaged, destroyed, or otherwise defaced or injured by the use of the Renter or their agents, guests and invitees.

    Set Up/Clean Up. Set up and clean-up of the event space will be assumed by the Renter unless purchase of add-on or cleanup is made at time of booking.

    Owner will make all efforts to accommodate specific set up or floor layout requests by the Renter if Renter communicates such requests to the Owner with advanced notice.

    If add-on or Clean-up is not purchased, clean up includes trash and food disposal, table and chair breakdown, and general cleaning of the kitchenette, bathrooms and banquet room. Owner will notify the Renter immediately about anything in excess of reasonably expected clean up, as determined by the Owner. This may result in additional clean-up charges to be paid by the Renter.

    Hold Harmless. Renter agrees to hold Owner harmless against any damages, losses, costs, liabilities or expenses suffered by Owner, as a result of any personal injury or property damage arising from (a) the use of the event space by Renter or (b) the negligence or breach of this Agreement by Renter or Renter's employees, contractors, agents or guests.

    Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the entire agreement between Owner and Renter and supersedes any other representations or understandings. This Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement signed by the parties.
