Cancellation policies

We have implemented a clear cancellation policy to establish expectations for our clients at the time of booking. We have included details such as how far in advance clients need to cancel to avoid charges, and any fees associated with late cancellations or no-shows. With these measures in place, we minimize disruptions to everyone’s schedule and enhance overall relationship accountability.

Payment policies

Payment-in -full is required at time of reservation for a first come first serve appointment. Full refunds can be issued if cancellation is made 31 days before scheduled event. Fifty percent refund can be issued if cancellation is made at least 14 days before event.
